The customer popped into the store requesting a cinema system installed in their front room that was currently being decorated.
The brief was to keep the intrusion into the room to a minimum, and the decorators were due on site in four days time. We advised and helped the customer install the cables into the wall one evening after the store was closed.
A 50" Panasonic TV was supplied as it fitted in with the dimension of the fireplace and gave a decent sized screen without being so large as to dominate the room.
When decoration was complete we then installed the equipment. We spent time with the customer to tweak settings to his personal taste and demonstrated the operation of the equipment so the customer was good to go the moment we left the property.
